Beatrice, only daughter of William F. Harshbarger, died at his home in Guion, Thursday morning, March 17 and was buried at the New Cemetery Friday morning, after funeral services at the Christian Church by Rev EE Moorman. Death was caused by pneumonia. Beatrice was born in Waveland, Feb 15, 1889. She attended the public school until her father removed to Guion, about a year ago. She was a favorite amongst her schoolmates and her early death causes much sadness. She joined the Christian Church at Waveland, Nov 20, 1902 and was an active worker in the Christian Endeavor Society and the Sunday School. -- typed by kbz
